    may i have an update from you side please

    and would like to update you following

    sagar informed that my application, which i gave to manmohan/srinagar/icici on 17th august 2015 has gone missing.. manmohan earlier informed that he has sent it to central processing unit, and was awaiting feedback from there, sagar mentioned that he'll try to trace these documents.. if i've to reapply and give documents again, then it'll be my 4th attempt in last 4 years

    i've sent sagar scanned copies of these documents, and hoping that basic paperwork is complete, and only pending paperwork like originals or verification of copies, etc is done during my visit to srinagar/uttarakhand between 18-27 october 2015.. however i think this option is not available

    i'm working on creating pudinasanga.in website, which will be the our primary society/ngo mode of communication, and will have updates on all the activities, and information related to our society, pudina sanga.. and hoping that it'll be ready before i visit srinagar on 18th october

    i'm also working with my society member's physical meeting with sagar.. and hoping that sagar will help in this as many members are in srinagar

    i'm resuming activities at our official srinagar address.. these activities were suspended by me because bank account was not opened yet.. pudina sanga is presently working with two schools, one in devalgarh, and another in chandketh, both in pauri garhwal, and in next two months will be distributing scholarship for last 4 years to 48 students.. 50% students are identified, and we're working on finding a method to transfer the money, which i believe will be by direct internet transfer to their or parents' bank account.. i'm also trying to work out if someone doesn't have an account then will a new account like , pmjdy based basic account, can be provided to them with this effort

    will keep you updated, and look forward to updates and suggestions from your side

    details of  complaint: in short it's about opening a society account in icici for which i've spent about 4 yrs, visited 3 branches, communicated to 6 icici main persons, and yet the application id to open society account is not given to me even after submitting all required documents.. icici branches involved are in uttarakhand and are in cities pauri, srinagar, and haridwar.. presently in talk with new deputy manager at icici, srinagar uttarakhand branch, and named sagar lamba..  more details at  suman-bahuguna.blogspot.in/2015/08/a-grievance-to-icici-bank.html

    i raised the main grievance on 18th august.. 20 days passed now.. i only got one email asking details from icici.. i expected someone acknowledging my grievance, and regular update on what's being done

    update 26 dec 2015 09:30    following modifications are approved by pudina sanga members.. however these modifications were not sent to 'registrar of society' for further approval as there were problems with getting other required documents for 'icici bank' for opening the account.. however other changes were incorporated later in the newer bylaws

• 1. pudina sanga society managing committee today on 14 aug 2015 decides following

     1. that a special savings account in the name of ‘pudina sanga’ be opened with icici bank limited (“icici bank”) at srinagar and that  suman bahuguna, treasurer, ‘pudina sanga’ is authorized singly to sign the necessary forms and documents, and

     2. that this resolution be communicated to icici bank and shall remain in force until notice in writing of its withdrawal, or cancellation is given to icici bank by ‘pudina sanga’ society and accepted

     3. mode of operation of the account would be : singly

     4. authorized signatories for the account would be suman bahuguna (treasurer)

     5. changes clause 9, page 2 of bylaws so that bank account of the society will be opened and operated singly by mr. suman bahuguna, s/o mr. krishna dev bahuguna, treasurer

     6. managing committee has entrusted mr. suman bahuguna with the power to open and operate the bank account

  2. it’s decided by managing committee and approved by general committee that

• • 1. following changes in bylaws will be passed on to registrar, firms societies and chits, pauri garhwal

       1. change mentioned above, and

       2. page 2 of bylaws, have missing serial number 7 for the para beginning in that page

    2. a translated english version of bylaws, with above change, and memorandum will be presented to registrar, registrar, firms societies and chits, pauri garhwal, for respective records

    3. a web site (pudinasanga.in), facebook, whatsapp group will be created within 6 months by suman bahuguna, treasurer for society

    4. this website and telephones will be major mode of communication for coordinating the work of society, specially since members are at different locations and it’s difficult to organise physical meetings

    5. coordination of these tele-meetings and recording of activities will be done by suman bahuguna, treasurer of society

    now a correction.. it's pudina sanGA .. and not gha .. meaning buddies and friends.. and not group.. you'll be glad to know that it's now a legal registered society under 'govenment of uttarakhand' and can be legaly operated throughout state.. however it's put to less priority by me ..but i'll resume it sometime in future.. the reasons were my laptop hard disk got crashed that got loads of stuff of pudina sanga.. i'm expecting to recover that disk and that took about 2 months.. another problem was to get vice chairman and others to go to pauri to get the bank account issues sorted... and that no help or query from anyone was raised.. you're the first one.. that also gives sad side that the initiative is less sanga but eakal .. but it has come up to this level so hopefully this pudina will grow somehow by itself..
